Blair J. Portigal
Blair J. Portigal is a Principal and the Senior Managing Director of Artemis Realty Capital, LLC. Mr. Portigal is primarily responsible for the Fund's portfolio composition, risk management, financial structuring, and overseeing and managing the investment sourcing, negotiation and underwriting process for the Manager. Mr. Portigal brings broad professional experience across multiple disciplines, including lending, mortgage banking, property development and asset management. Mr. Portigal has developed long-standing relationships with owner/developers, operating members, professional firms, lending institutions and the investment community in the southwestern, United States.

Since 1986, Mr. Portigal has been actively engaged in the real estate lending industry in the southwest (primarily commercial real estate lending) for private funds. During this time, through several private investment funds controlled or managed by Mr. Portigal, Mr. Portigal has originated, underwritten and overseen funding of over US$600 million in mortgages and related debt and equity investments.

Greg E. Nelson
Greg E. Nelson is a Principal and a Managing Director of Artemis Realty Capital, LLC. Mr. Nelson will be primarily responsible for the Fund's portfolio composition, risk management and financial structuring with a particular emphasis on location, development and construction related issues. Prior to joining Artemis Realty Capital, LLC, Mr. Nelson was the Chief Executive Officer of a large diversified bi-coastal real estate developer with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Wellesley, Massachusetts where he spent 19 years. Under his analysis, direction and execution, the company purchased and developed over 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space, land and multi-family. The company maintained a development pipeline both as a merchant builder and for its own account as well as managing and maintaining its own portfolio with a constant value of approximately $300 million. As a principal investor, Mr. Nelson was responsible for the negotiation and execution of more than $750 million in construction loans, CMBS loans, equity joint ventures and mezzanine loan transactions as well as negotiating over $1 billion in asset purchases, sales and leases.
